๐Ÿซ Return & Refund Policy

At Jubin Chocolate, every chocolate bar, cookie, and marshmallow is handcrafted with care. Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we want to make sure you understand how returns and refunds work.


๐Ÿงพ Order Issues & Damaged Items

We do our best to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your chocolates arrive damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Weโ€™ll review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
Please note that minor surface cracks or slight blooming (light discolouration) from temperature changes do not affect taste or quality and are not considered damage.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

Because our chocolates and desserts are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped or delivered, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by postal services


๐Ÿ’ณ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order was cancelled before shipping, or

  • We made an error with your order that cannot be corrected with a replacement or store credit

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days once approved.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Issues

We ship with Australia Post (or other reliable carriers). Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our control.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or melted products due to heat exposure if customers did not choose cooling packaging (when offered).
